"Same Blue" is the opening theme of the anime "Blue Box" by Official HIGE DANdism.
The unstable rhythm is really cool and innovative. The transition between 5/4 meter and 6/4 meter is so seamless. To understand the beat pattern, it is helpful to think of each bar as a combination of 6/8 meter plus 2/4 or 3/4 meter.

No wonder when I heard this song for the first time, It felt kinda weird. Totally didnt expect the time signature swap between 5/4 and 6/4.

it’s basically how to count in music. Signature have 2 parts, which is written in a fraction, the numerator stand for how much beat should in a measure, the denominator stand for how long should one beat be. lets take a example of 4/4, which mean 4 beat in a measure and a quarter note count as a beat. (if the denominator is the same number in the speed wont change.)
with that you can easily understand how to count in 5/4 and 6/4, 5/4 means 5 beat per measure and a quarter note is a beat, 6/4 means 6 beat in a measure and a quarter note is a beat. you can follow the sheet shown in the video.
but why is 5/4 and 6/4 in music sound wo weird and so hard to count the beat? most of the songs on the platform is based on 4/4 which you just need to count 1 to 4 within the whole song like 1 2 3 4, 1 2 3 4, but a song in 5/4 is such a weird thing, we don’t get use to the “5” beat per measure in a song, on top of that this song even mixed 6/4 in it, which if you want to count this song you need to first be able to find there is 5/4 in it, but not even that you can count this song, you also need to find the point where the signature mixed between 5/4 and 6/4. so you might go 1 2 3 4 5, 1 2 3 4 5, 1 2 3 4 5 6, 1 2 3 4 5, 1 2 3 4 5 6 where 5/4 and 6/4 is mixed.
