This is such a great song. I love the switch to compound time during the chorus. It really gives out a sense of greatness and breadth. The modulation at 3:40 is also ingenious. Even though it only modulates up a semitone, it gave the feeling of multiple key changes.
This piano arrangement is a long crescendo from the beginning to the end. The last chorus (3:48) is particularly Chopin-esque: you can see similarities with the climaxes of the third Ballade Op. 47, or the Barcarolle Op. 60.

Nice i really liked soothing part in the 2nd pre-chorus at 2:37😄
For the most part, a breath of fresh air.
The fewer of both block octaves in the right hand; and large jump, percussive chords in the bass the better – most anime pianists are stuck in this well ploughed furrow.
This was much more interesting to listen to, because it broke that mould more often than not. I’ll forgive the lapse in Chorus (2), because otherwise, this showed real stylistic technique, development and maturity.
