The description says that it was a unused theme, and because the title i can already tell that this was the second skin theme for the Game.
Just like Defender Penny, Lone Doggy, and Fairless Bunny, this Chapter was about to have a second skin too, probably the Soldier? Or an Really infected and twisted monster, who is mutant like Badgy (that last part said because this would fit something like that)
