Here are 3 things I do to assist me understand when God is speaking with me:
1. Does it line up with God's word? Since God will never contradict His Word.
2. Do I have peace within my heart about what I feel God is telling me. God is the author of peace and His peace will constantly accompany what He informs me to do.
3. If the peace within is missing out on, then I look for God and wait for clearness on what He is asking me to do. I don't act up until I understand His mind worrying the circumstance.
