My first piano cover of 2024 is "Why" by Gen Hoshino, the ending theme song for the movie SPY x FAMILY CODE: White.
The extensive use of chord extensions and alterations gives this song a jazzy feel. It will be quite challenging to sight-read the piano sheets because of all the accidentals, but I think it is actually easier to play than it looks.
Hope this movie will be released outside of Japan soon!
