To be fair, minor iv chords are used as dominant chords too, and are even often called the negative dominant (source: 12tone). So a negative dominant in negative harmony is again, a positive dominant!
Not really about the negative harmony, but I just find it amazing how they managed to make a chorus of overwhelmingly major chords sound so sad and dismal.
