Not a strict arrangement, a lot of improvised scales over chords. For the verses, the melody and rhythm are really up to improvisation.
Perhaps try improvising scales in the Phrygian mode, starting on D-sharp（1 – ♭2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – ♭6 – ♭7 ). It keeps a bit of the Latin music style from the original song.
