It's made a huge difference for thousands currently – instructors enjoy it for their students or perhaps use it to brush up on their own skills before starting piano lessons. Jon's super enthusiastic about this; for him, it's not simply another course. It's the result of years tweaking and testing this technique, both as a student and a teacher. Now, he's ready to share it with the world, wanting to shock music education in a huge method. For anyone delving into this course, it's not just learning the notes; it's becoming part of something bigger, something that's altering how we find out music.

Almost makes me wish I didn’t know piano so I could do this.

It’s a pretty nifty resource for teaching piano too! A few people on our team use it to teach their students and kids!
The Piano Guys, nice video
I just have a plain keyboard. Could your course or books help here too?
I have aphantasia and I think that might have affected my note learning. I was never able to do it. I also don’t hear sounds if I try imagining them ^^.
Yes, I think this could help! This is a very different method from most traditional methods and I’ve seen it do really well!
John I met you in Logan Utah and got your piano lesson book from you when I was 16 (over 20 years ago haha). I used it to teach piano lessons for the first time that fall to a friend’s little sister and had a lot of fun doing that. I’m excited you’re putting something new out now online all the best!
I am very interested, especially for my children. I am naturally musically talented, but never learned to read music well or do well at piano, which I carry some shame for.
No shame – you’ve still got a chance to learn, right?
We’d LOVE to have you in the course!
Does the course uses the solfège system?
