I’M SOO EXCITED FOR THIS! Though I haven’t watched the anime itself, I’ve watched the OG music video and also the piano version arranged by Fonzi. And so far I’ve liked it. Since Animenz made his own version, I’m expecting his version to be the best.
I’m on my second rewatch, around episode 120ish it’s a masterpiece

It’s a great series. the start is a little bumpy, pacing-wise, but once it finds a groove (around episode 25 or so) it digs in and goes hard. My second favorite series, currently.

So, I want to say thank you. Thank you for the hard work you put into making videos. Thank you for sharing the videos with us. And most importantly, thank you for being you. If you weren’t you, then we wouldn’t have the Animenz we all appreciate today.

Please consider arrange Black Rover as well in the future, to me that song is the main song for Black Clover! I remember I tried this song on OSU really really hard back then haha. I hope I can try it on the piano as hard as I was in osu if there’s any chance you cover it.

After a year I finally listened to the openings of Black Clover again and of all things OP 10, which I liked the most, was streamed 10 min ago. I’m so lucky. Thank you Animenz for your hard work, you always make my day.

That descending bassline and the LH jumps at the final chorus of this arrangement is so satisfying to hear!

YOOOOO!!! I’ve only seen a few eps of Black Clover so far so I only knew this song from Fonzi’s arrangement, it’s nice to have an Animenz version of this now as well! Absolutely love the secondary melodies of the left hand in the chorus, the bridge part at 2:15 also absolutely slaps!!!
No catcher can catch the speed of 2:24, that part was brilliantly played like you practiced 40 hours per hour….
Overall, this is a pretty groovy arrangement, and I really like the accents from the LH and the long short notes, thanks for this amazing cover!
FINALLY !!! I always wanted to hear a black clover song from you, and you just did my favorite one ! Tysm, that was a wondeful (clover) cover !! (srry I had to).
Anyways, I always loved the tone and rhythmic of Black Catcher, and I think the rhythm of the LH really adds something special to this piece (It makes it more catchy somehow… -Srry again-). Even if it seems a bit hard, it should be so much fun to hammer the lower notes of the piano once you memorized the pattern lol. Keep up with the good work !

Animenz I wanted to say I am a self-taught pianist that looks up to you and you inspire me every day for playing piano. When I first saw your piano covers, I thought, “that could be me.” That’s when I started playing. And after 2 years, I can play your Unravel cover. If you were to quit uploading, I wouldn’t have any motivation and I would quit playing piano. You probably won’t ever read this but I wish one day I can be as good as you. Amazing cover and never stop making them; I listen to every one daily lol.
