Good video! The beginning is really long tho! It’s frustrating having to listen to the ad in the beginning every video. I think it would be better and more affective if you just link to a video that has all the information.
Thank you for your feedback, but in response to this, I have over 6,000 new subscribers each month who literally have no idea I have a ‘1-30 Violin Course’ and they only tend to subscribe after watching my most recently released videos.
Were I to link to a separate video as per your suggestion (I have tried this as I have been on YT for 11 years), then those videos dont get followed or watched.
It has to be there, in front of people to be noticed/watched.
Providing free information, hints, tips and help (as well as spending time each day responding to comments and helping as much as I can) in exchange for advertising my course for a few minutes of your time, is a fair exchange in my eyes and it also keeps this channel open.
Were I to stop advertising my course this way, would mean I would have to close this channel as I would not be able to afford to keep making all the free content for everyone to benefit from, Alison
