I have been playing violin for years, and I absolutely love it and I love all of your videos they have been really helpful. I have recently thought of taking up the cello. I love everything about it. The first couple of lessons I borrowed the cello from my teacher, but Iāve been thinking about purchasing my own so I can practice at home. What can you look for in purchasing your own instrument.
If someone could give the message to my left wrist to STAY STRAIGHT while Iām trying to play that would be awesome. So frustrating that it just wants to randomly bend like a spaghetti noodle despite my best efforts. Thank God my instructor is so patient. That and figuring out where to put my fingers on the strings is definitely a journey.
Love your videos. I have not been practicing lately simply because i have been giving too much time to other activities. I wouldn’t say i have given up. I love the sound and different tunes or melodies the violin can play and still wish to play my own songs one day.
I just got to give atleast 1hr to 1 1/2hr of practice a day rather than giving video games 90% of my time.
