It’s insane that you have all that memorized. Unbelievable. So well done!
As someone who can also play the piano (although not nearly at the same level), memorizing pieces even with this complexity is actually not really that difficult. You don’t really memory every single note, but rather phrases and sections. And there’s also often lots of repetitions with no or small variations. Kind of like you don’t memorize every letter when you memorize a sentence. At any rate, actually playing the piece with no mistakes and nailing dynamics, that’s where most of the skill is needed. And then, of course, in this case, also the arrangement itself.
As someone who also play the piano, yea I agree with @tomb5372, but for me sometimes I don’t even memorise the keys, it’s more like muscle memory and if you were to stop in the middle of the song and keep playing note by note just with one finger you would get everything wrong.
