Edit: they scrapped it.
It could have been something cool like leaning more into the Oogie Boogie design like Sam (Infested) where he’s green and infested with bugs and arachnids.
Or he could have been a gingerbread house with gingerbread crusty skin and a the tear in his stomach could be leaking icing!
Or maybe even an aftermath of Distorted Holiday where he’s burning bright with blue flames and all the candy in his stomach is just a giant pile of char.
But we will never know.
